Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Errr… okay, so this doesn’t quite go, but I love this picture and have been thinking about making goat cheese again, and then bread from the whey. I made bagels this weekend (finally!) which were so so good. Real bagels. And I was thinking of putting goat cheese in a future batch.
